Toolz Unlimited collects sales tax on item shipped or picked up in Michigan (6%).
Our return policy gives you 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received.
If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 30 days from the date of delivery, please return the item to us and we will replace it with an identical item or issue full credit. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of delivery.
When returning an item please write the reason for the return on a piece of paper and place it inside the box. We also require the customer to clearly write the RGA# on the outside of the box. If the item is returned and not in 100% new sellable condition, we will credit 75% of the original selling price minus shipping and handling costs
