• A clean cut every time, just screw the hex nut on the cut end.

• Cuts threaded rod 600 times per side over life of the die.

How to Use:

1. Lift handle to sufficient angle so that the threaded rod contacts the dies.
2. Insert the threaded Rod between the dies (Make sure the rod fits into the threads of the dies precisely)
3. Apply a slight load on the handle to confirm that the rod does not move.
4. Then cut the Rod
5. After cutting, lift the handle to a sufficient angle and remove the cut Rod.
6. Apply Hex Nut or Rod Coupling directly to the cut Rod, no need to clean the threads.
